Offline play and local saves

You can play offline without creating an account. The app stores your current game or run and a preceding recovery copy on your device so you can resume. This includes the cards, choices, game progress and result needed to continue correctly. Separate local records store guidance completion, completed-match counts and recent opaque match identifiers used for completion handling and ad pacing. They also store your optional age-band choice and cosmetic appearance choices or earned unlocks.

The app does not upload an offline match merely because you play it. Device backup settings and operating-system storage controls can affect copies outside the app. Local game files are not claimed to have separate app-managed encryption.

A solo game on your device

Cinder Vow does not use private rooms, a game account or an opponent service. The pilgrimage runs locally, and its game state is not sent to the shared room backend. Advertising and privacy-choice services may still connect to the internet when a connection is available.

Google advertising and privacy choices

The games are supported by Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising services may collect and share device or advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Depending on the platform, configuration and your choices, these services use information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention.

The optional age choices are Under 18, 18 or older and Prefer not to say. No answer is preselected, and we do not request an exact birth date or verify your identity. Only the chosen band is saved on your device; the game backend does not receive an age profile. Google receives derived age-treatment, privacy and configuration signals. Before you answer, and if you choose Under 18 or Prefer not to say, the app selects Google’s child treatment, maximum ad-content rating G and a separate under-age-of-consent setting for its privacy service. A saved 18 or older choice selects unspecified age treatment, maximum rating T and an under-age-of-consent setting of false. These are the app’s protective request settings, not verified age or a guarantee about each ad’s content.

For either treatment, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to obtain fresh privacy-choice information at startup and after a treatment change, display any required form and check whether ads may be requested. Leaving the age choice unanswered does not turn off this provider processing. The saved band alone does not grant consent. If the required privacy flow fails or Google reports that ads cannot be requested, the app does not load ads. Changing your choice blocks new ad work while the choice is saved and privacy information is refreshed; it does not undo work already started or erase information already handled by Google.

On iOS, an adult may receive an optional system tracking-permission prompt in an eligible foreground context. The restricted treatment does not request tracking permission. Declining or being unable to grant that permission does not by itself block otherwise eligible non-personalized ads. Tracking permission is not a reward condition and does not unlock gameplay or cosmetics. The app does not substitute another identifier to bypass a denied permission.

Open Age & advertising on the home screen to revisit your age choice, refresh advertising choices and, where available, open Privacy choices. Privacy notice and Support remain available regardless of your age or advertising choices. Your operating system also provides advertising privacy controls. You can play, use private rooms where available and earn the ordinary cosmetic without granting tracking permission or completing an ad. An unavailable ad does not prevent offline gameplay.

All banner, interstitial and rewarded requests use non-personalized ads. This limits ad personalization; it does not make advertising anonymous or stop all collection, measurement or fraud-prevention processing. The app disables Google’s publisher first-party identifier through the supported platform controls before it loads ads. On iOS this setting is applied before advertising initialization; on Android the app requires a successful native result after initialization and before loading. These controls do not remove every identifier or every kind of data described above.

Ads appear in designated home or results areas and at eligible completed-match transitions, with frequency protections. They do not interrupt an active turn or a private-room waiting screen. On Android and iOS, an optional rewarded ad may offer the disclosed Brass icon frame for the home-screen game icon. Only the advertising SDK’s earned-reward callback grants the frame; dismissal or failure alone does not. On both platforms, the same frame can be unlocked after three completed games through Home appearance, without watching an ad or granting permission. It changes appearance only and gives no gameplay advantage. Earned unlocks and appearance selections are stored on your device.

Google explains its handling in its Privacy Policy and information about partner sites and apps. SDK disclosure details are available for Android and iOS.

Service providers and this website

Google provides advertising and privacy-choice services. Support correspondence is processed and stored using Spaceship Spacemail. These providers handle information for their respective services, and provider infrastructure and logs may have separate retention.

This website does not load advertising, analytics scripts, remote fonts or embedded social widgets, and it does not set application cookies. Its hosting infrastructure still receives ordinary connection information when serving a page. Choosing an external link takes you to that provider’s site and privacy practices. Choosing an email link opens your email application; it does not send a message automatically.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or details you include. We use these to investigate and answer your request and retain correspondence as needed for that request and related follow-up. Include the game name and app version when useful. Do not send passwords, room access tokens, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Your choices and requests

Contact privacy@offerhala.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information held for the game. We may need limited information to locate and verify a request. A local-only save must be managed on your device; the support service cannot remotely erase a file it does not hold. Device app-data controls, secure storage and backups have their own behavior, so uninstalling is not a promise that every credential or backup disappears.

Information held independently by Google, a hosting provider or your device platform is subject to that provider’s controls. A request can be discussed by email without sending a seat credential or a complete saved-game file.

Audience and updates

These games are designed for teens and adults rather than directed to children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact privacy@offerhala.com.
